By accessing or using DoostaneAzizBusiness.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Our services include a public business directory, private WhatsApp Exchange Chats, Business Verification, Classifieds, and Professional Connect.
2. Membership Terms & Locked Founding Rates
Full Business Directory Membership for approved 2026 founding registrations is free through December 31, 2026. Beginning January 1, 2027, eligible founding members pay $19.95 per year. This rate remains locked while subscription status remains continuously active. New non-founding registrations beginning January 1, 2027 pay $29.95 per year.
3. Human Moderation & Approval Required
Payment of any fee does not guarantee publication or WhatsApp chat entry. All listings, classifieds, and chat access requests require human approval by the community moderation team. Unapproved submissions will be refunded according to our Refund Policy.
4. Verification Service Limits
Business Verification ($9.95 one-time) is an independent background review service only. Verification does NOT constitute a guarantee, endorsement, license validation, or promise of performance by DoostaneAzizBusiness.com.
5. Prohibited Conduct & Termination
Members must not engage in deceptive advertising, spamming in WhatsApp groups, harassment, or unauthorized harvesting of member contact information. Violations will result in immediate account termination without refund.
6. Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, with venue in Los Angeles County.
