1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using DoostaneAzizBusiness.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Our services include a public business directory, private WhatsApp Exchange Chats, Business Verification, Classifieds, and Professional Connect.
2. Membership Terms & Locked Founding Rates
The Full Doostane Aziz Business Package is free through December 31, 2026 for approved 2026 founding registrations. Beginning January 1, 2027, new registrations receive a 30-day free trial, then the annual price applies ($29.95 per year). The Doostane Aziz WhatsApp Business Networking Exchange and the Doostane Aziz Professional WhatsApp Category Exchange are each $19.95 per year (the Category Exchange is $19.95 per approved category), with the same 30-day trial for new registrations beginning January 1, 2027.
3. Human Moderation & Approval Required
Payment of any fee does not guarantee publication or WhatsApp chat entry. All listings, classifieds, and chat access requests require human approval by the community moderation team. Unapproved submissions will be refunded according to our Refund Policy.
4. Verification Service Limits
Doostane Aziz Business Verification ($19.95 one-time) is an independent background review service only. Verification does NOT constitute a guarantee, endorsement, license validation, or promise of performance by DoostaneAzizBusiness.com.
5. Prohibited Conduct & Termination
Members must not engage in deceptive advertising, spamming in WhatsApp groups, harassment, or unauthorized harvesting of member contact information. Violations will result in immediate account termination without refund.
6. Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, with venue in Los Angeles County.
