- Create your account. Register with your name, email, and business information. Registration for approved founding members is free through the end of 2026.
- Submit your listing details. Describe your business, choose the categories and locations that fit how the community actually searches for you, and add your preferred contact channels.
- Human review and approval. Our moderation team reviews every submission against our community standards. Listings that meet the standards are approved and published to the public directory.
- Optional verification. After approval, complete business verification to add a verification indicator that helps consumers choose your business with extra confidence.
- Join the Exchange Chats. Approved members can request invitations to the moderated WhatsApp Business Exchange and Professional Exchange Chat groups, where referrals and opportunities flow between members.
- Grow with referrals. Members can also earn credit by inviting other businesses through Share and Earn.
How Consumers Use the Platform
Visitors search the business directory by keyword, browse by category, or explore businesses by location. Every published listing includes the services offered and the contact channels the business chose, so the conversation starts exactly the way the business prefers. Consumers with a sensitive or specific request, such as finding a Persian-speaking attorney or tax advisor, can submit a confidential request through Professional Connect instead of posting publicly.

Membership is a two-way commitment. Businesses keep their listing information current, respond to community members respectfully, and follow the standards that keep the Exchange Chats valuable for everyone. Our moderation team enforces these rules consistently, which is what protects the value of membership for honest businesses.
