Review our structured FAQ below for detailed information on directory memberships, WhatsApp Exchange Chats, verification policies, classifieds, and privacy controls.
What is included in the Full Business Directory Membership?
Full Business Directory Membership includes one searchable directory profile, access to the Doostane Aziz WhatsApp Business Networking Exchange, and access to one qualifying Professional Exchange Chat after human approval.
What are the pricing details for 2026 founding members?
Approved founding registrations in 2026 receive the Full Doostane Aziz Business Package free through December 31, 2026. Beginning January 1, 2027, new registrations receive a 30-day free trial, then $29.95 per year.
How does the Doostane Aziz WhatsApp Business Networking Exchange work?
The Doostane Aziz WhatsApp Business Networking Exchange is a private, moderated WhatsApp networking community for verified business owners ($19.95/year, or included in the Full Doostane Aziz Business Package). Access requires human approval.
What is Professional Exchange Chat?
The Doostane Aziz Professional WhatsApp Category Exchange provides dedicated WhatsApp groups for approved professionals within a profession, category, or specialty ($19.95/year per approved category, free through December 31, 2026 for eligible founding members). Each admission requires human approval, and payment does not guarantee category approval.
Why are WhatsApp invite links not public?
Private placement by human moderators prevents spam, protects member privacy, and ensures only vetted business peers enter the chat.
What does Business Verification involve?
Doostane Aziz Business Verification ($19.95 one-time) is an independent background review of defined business or professional information. It is a review service only and does not constitute a guarantee, endorsement, or promise of performance.
How much do Classifieds cost?
Classified options include Basic ($1.99 one-time), Featured ($3.99 one-time), and Premium ($5.99 one-time). All posts undergo human moderation prior to publication.
How does Professional Connect work for consumers?
Consumers submit a service request for a one-time fee, never a membership or subscription. Verified Doostane Aziz network members pay $0.99 per request and nonmembers pay $1.99 per request. The request is routed privately to approved professionals in the matching category, and responses stay private until you choose to connect.
What is the difference between the public Business Directory and Professional Connect?
The Public Business Directory is open for anyone to search, browse, and discover approved businesses. Professional Connect is different: it sends one specific request privately to the approved professionals in the relevant category or specialty, with optional location targeting.
What is the site refund policy?
Annual memberships feature a 14-day refund window. One-time review fees (Verification, Classifieds, Professional Connect) are non-refundable once moderation review begins.
What geographic areas are covered?
Doostane Aziz Business is launching from Los Angeles and expanding across markets worldwide, for Iranians, Persians and Friends. Directory discovery and community features launch across California hubs including Beverly Hills, Encino and the San Fernando Valley, and Orange County.
How long does human moderation review take?
Registration and chat requests are reviewed by our community moderation team on business days. We email you as soon as a decision is made.
