How Professional Connect Matching Works

1. Submit a confidential request. Describe the professional or service you need, your preferred location within an active request market, and any scheduling requirements.
2. Your request is matched. After a moderation review, the request is routed confidentially to approved professionals in the categories and locations you asked for.
3. Professionals respond with confidential bids. Each bid states the amount the professional will pay for the introduction. Professionals never see one another’s bids, and bidders must have a verified payment method on file.
4. You choose. When you accept a bid, the platform processes the accepted professional’s payment and then releases your contact details to that professional only. Your only cost is the one-time request fee.
5. You take it from there. The professional contacts you directly through your preferred channel, and the relationship belongs to you.

When Professional Connect Is the Right Choice

Use Professional Connect when a public directory search is not enough. Typical requests include finding a Persian-speaking accountant before tax season, a lawyer who can explain documents in Farsi, a real estate agent familiar with the neighborhoods where the community lives, a contractor who has worked on homes in Encino or Irvine, or a medical or dental practice where staff speak Persian. Because the request is confidential, it is also the right channel for sensitive needs you would not post in a group chat.

Professional Connect requests are one-time fees, never memberships or subscriptions: $0.99 per request for verified Doostane Aziz network members and $1.99 per request for nonmembers. Businesses that want to receive more of these requests can increase their visibility by completing business verification and keeping their categories current. Professionals who bid on a request are charged only if their bid is accepted, for the accepted bid amount, with no added platform fee.

Privacy Throughout the Process

Your name, phone number, and request details are visible only to the moderation team and the professional you are matched with. Nothing is published to the directory, the Exchange Chats, or any public page. Read the full privacy policy for details on how member information is stored and protected.
