How Professional Connect Matching Works

1. Submit a confidential request. Describe the professional or service you need, your preferred location within an active request market, and any language or scheduling requirements.
2. Our team reviews your request. A moderator reads every request and searches the approved business directory for members whose services match what you described.
3. We make the introduction. When a match is found, we forward your request to the matching professional. Your contact details are shared only with the business you were matched with, never posted publicly.
4. You take it from there. The professional contacts you directly through your preferred channel, and the relationship belongs to you.

When Professional Connect Is the Right Choice

Use Professional Connect when a public directory search is not enough. Typical requests include finding a Persian-speaking accountant before tax season, a lawyer who can explain documents in Farsi, a real estate agent familiar with the neighborhoods where the community lives, a contractor who has worked on homes in Encino or Irvine, or a medical or dental practice where staff speak Persian. Because the request is confidential, it is also the right channel for sensitive needs you would not post in a group chat.

Privacy Throughout the Process
