1. Information We Collect
DoostaneAzizBusiness.com collects information necessary to maintain a verified business directory and community networking platform. This includes account profile data (name, email, phone number, business name, address preference, category, service area, and language preferences).
2. California Privacy Rights (CCPA / CPRA)
In accordance with California privacy legislation, California residents have the right to inspect, correct, export, or request deletion of their personal information. We do not sell or rent personal member data to third-party data brokers.
3. Public Directory Visibility vs Private Data
Information designated as public (business profile name, public business address preference, category, website, and public phone) is published on the open directory. Private communication data, consumer Professional Connect requests, and internal moderation logs remain confidential.
4. Payment Processing Security
All payment transactions are processed securely through Stripe. Full credit card numbers and sensitive payment credentials are never stored on our local website servers.
5. Private WhatsApp Exchange Group Privacy
Participants in private WhatsApp Exchange Chats understand that phone numbers are visible to other approved members within the group. Direct unrequested commercial messaging outside the group topic is strictly prohibited.
6. Contact for Privacy Requests
