To help our moderation team respond efficiently, include as much of the following as you can:
- Your name and the best email address for a reply.
- If your message is about a listing: the business name and the email address on the account.
- If your message is about a payment: the order reference or the email address used at checkout, so we can locate the record without asking for sensitive card details.
- If your message is about a chat invitation: the phone number registered to your member account.
- A short description of what you need.
Replies come from our official email address only. We will never ask for your password or full card number by email.
