1. Annual Membership Refund Window
Annual recurring subscriptions (Full Business Directory Membership $19.95/yr, Doostane Aziz WhatsApp Business Exchange $11.88/yr equivalent to $0.99/month billed annually, Professional Exchange Chat $11.88/yr equivalent to $0.99/month billed annually) qualify for a full refund within 14 calendar days of payment, provided no serious community standards violations have occurred.
2. One-Time Review Services Policy
One-time review services (Business Verification $9.95, Classifieds $1.99-$5.99, Professional Connect $0.99) cover human moderation time. Once evaluation or distribution has commenced, review fees become non-refundable.
3. Declined Registrations
If a paid registration or service application is formally declined by our moderation team during initial review, any collected fees will be refunded in full automatically.
4. Submitting a Refund Request
