1. Annual Membership Refund Window
Annual recurring subscriptions (Full Doostane Aziz Business Package $29.95/yr, Doostane Aziz WhatsApp Business Networking Exchange $19.95/yr, Doostane Aziz Professional WhatsApp Category Exchange $19.95/yr per approved category) qualify for a full refund within 14 calendar days of payment, provided no serious community standards violations have occurred.
2. One-Time Review Services Policy
One-time review services (Business Verification $19.95, Classifieds $1.99-$5.99, Professional Connect $0.99) cover human moderation time. Once evaluation or distribution has commenced, review fees become non-refundable.
3. Declined Registrations
If a paid registration or service application is formally declined by our moderation team during initial review, any collected fees will be refunded in full automatically.
4. Submitting a Refund Request

Links are never public and each chat is assigned individually. The annual rate is $19.95 per year ($19.95 per approved category for the Professional WhatsApp Category Exchange). Registration is free through December 31, 2026; beginning January 1, 2027, new registrations receive a 30-day free trial, then the annual price applies.
Professional Connect lets verified DAB network members post a request for $0.99 (nonmembers pay $1.99) and receive confidential bids from matching professionals. Accepting a bid is solely the consumer decision, and contact details are released only after the accepted bid is processed.
